• All quality incidents and deviations are thoroughly documented, investigated, and concluded in accordance with regulatory protocols.
• Dedicated QA and production teams monitor daily operations—including dispensing, manufacturing, filling, and packaging—to ensure every step aligns with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Regular training programs, both internal and external, are conducted annually to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce, keeping them up to date with evolving industry standards.
• Validation protocols are strictly implemented and adhered to, ensuring consistency and reliability in every process.
• All technical master documents are maintained under stringent control to protect data integrity and ensure traceability.
• An Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) is conducted to assess product performance and ensure ongoing compliance with quality expectations.
